The season for studio painting has definitely arrived this week. The warm rain has turned cold and the storms are rolling in from the coast from the northern regions. I am cozy in my newly remodeled space with a a north light shining in to warm the room, sipping a cup of my sisters special lazy day tea amidst piles of art supplies ready to be turned into paintings. My sketchbooks are stuffed with ideas enough to last at least three winters. Ahh...the artist's life.
